Thank you so much for taing the time time read this post! I am so happy that I was able to find this forum. My partner & I are both wanting to work on our credit but we are in very different credit situations. We are looking to purchase a car (I do not have one), and eventually a home.
I am not sure what info you all may need to help get me started in the right direction so I will post the basics so that I am not posting a novel 
We both just pulled our Annual Credit Report, I have all 3 of hers online, I had to order 2 of mine in the mail due to verification issues on the website. From the Equifax I pulled I have 14 Negative Accounts and 1 Collections reporting versus her 5 Negative and 1 Collection. I am thinking that we should focus our efforts on cleaning up her credit first since I am sure mine is going to take lots of TLC. She has never had any credit cards or auto loans, I on the other hand have. I recently applied and was approved for a USAA Secured Credit card that I have a $250 limit on (I plan to increase my limit over time)
I hope that all of this makes sense if not please ask me to clarify. I am posting what is listed on her credit report since mine is super lengthy. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank You!
