Hello everyone! I'm new and need some advice I'm really trying to fix my credit my scores are Exp.566 Eq.592 Tr.566 So I'm trying to buy a house with in the next 6 months. I have 1 judgment which was paid already ( pay roll checks were garnished) I also have a charge off since jun 2007with a recent Bal of $9,973.. And last I have 4 CA accounts.. Capital One $588 Sprint $586 Target $554 MGR services $697 So do you think I should PFD all 4 accounts at once? I have the money to pay it all.. Thanks in advance for your help!

Free credit report .com.. Ive been reading alot of post and seen alot of people say to DV first but what if I know for sure It's my debt..

If you know for sure it's yours and you want to PFD that would be just fine.

also freecreditreport.com sells FAKO scores those aren't your true FICO scores

You can get your true Transunion and Equifax scores here at MYFICO and to get a Experian

You have to get it from a lender and there is a Credit Union in PA that gives/sells

Experian scores to it's members.

Do you think I should pay the charge off? I received a settlement offer about a year ago for $3,300 compared to the $9,000+ I owe even though it's dated back to 2007? Thank you so much for taking your time to answer my questions..

are you still within SOL? if you are they can still sue you for this debt

A settled remark on your CR scores the same as a charge off.
