My husband and I are looking to purchase our first home this year and I want to start cleaning up our reports so that we can get the necessary boosts. I want to try to do GW and PFD for the accounts but I don't know who to contact. If someone can guide me to the right place to find the contact info that would be great!! Here are the companies I need contact info for.
HSBC/Best Buy
Citibank/Shell
Capital One
First Premier
GECRB/Pay Pal
Tribute Card
Id like to start with these and then move onto the medical and collection accounts. Has anyone had success with any of the above accounts? Any suggestions are welcome!
Hi and welcome to the forums!!!! are they paid? how old are these accounts? are the in collection?
HSBC/Best Buy- DOLA March 2007 Paid
Citibank/Shell- DOLA Sept 2010 (Charged off) I am an authorized user. It was my parents card and they called to let me be able to use it while in college. I never filled out paperwork to be added. Im not sure what to do with this one/
Capital One- DOLA Jan 2013 (Charged Off) $895 Currently making payments through CA. Should I PFD the CA or capital one?
Capital One- DOLA Nov 2011 (Charge off) $562 same as above
Vapital One- DOLA Feb 2007 Paid
GECRB/PayPal- DOLA Feb 2007 Paid
Tribute- DOLA Feb 2010 Paid
thanks! I will do that!
Do you think I should email PFD to the accounts I still owe on or should I send a letter? I just want to make sure I do it right the first time.

Capital One- DOLA Nov 2011 (Charge off) $562 same as above If you have the funds I would try a PFD on this one.
Vapital One- DOLA Feb 2007 Paid
GECRB/PayPal- DOLA Feb 2007 Paid
Tribute- DOLA Feb 2010 Paid I believe the FTC has a ruling on this where it's not suppose to report as Starry1 stated.
