Newbie - Judgement / Tax Lien

I have reports from all 3 bureaus from annual credit report, and have some confusion about the reporting of a judgement vs. tax lien.  I have a factual tax lien for 518 that was paid in 2007.  All 3 CA report this as a tax lien, but equifax is listing it as a satisfied judegment as well.  They are showing that it is satisfied, but the entry for the tax lien is missing information and does not indicate that it is paid. Should the tax lien be listed as a judgement to? I've pasted a copy of these entries from equifax to help explain better.  Can I dispute a judgement listing?

The tax lien should have a released date if its been satisfied.
