After 2 PIF I did a DV and think I should have GWed so I went back and sent a GW to the president of Allied Gollection Group for 2 medical PIF accounts haven't heard back on either letters. They were 2 weeks apart did I mess things up?

If you sent a DV after the debt was satisfied, no harm done. It most likely now resides in the dumpster behind the debt collector's office.
A DV has two impacts, depending upon whether it was timely (i.e., sent without prior dunning notice, or if dunning notice was sent, within 30-days of their dunning).
If timely, it invokes a cease collection bar on them until such time as they provide the requested debt verification.
If untimely, it invokes nothing.
If the debt has been satisfied, the debt collector is no longer conducting further collection on the debt, so even if timely, they wont care.
No response required, so probably no attention given.
Just forget you sent it, and go on about your GW efforts.

+1 Don't worry about the DV, you sent the GW. Some will actually delete so as not to waste money and man hours with the disputes. Good Luck!

I received 2 identical responses (there were 2 accounts) from Allied today. Is there a chance the hospital will report to the CRAs, I paid the CA on both accounts and the letters both show $0 balance?
Upon notice of your dispute regarding the above account, Allied Collection Service has reviewed the details and discussed your dispute with the creditor.
Let this letter serve as your notice that Allied Collection Service will not be pursuing collection of this account. We have closed the file and returned the account to your creditor.
This account will be removed, or will not be placed on your credit report.

These were PIF? Then don't worry about it. They shouldn't show back up again.
