I just had what i thought was sucess with HW after i had the correct debt amount put in writing by OC and paid that ammount to hw jn full after they verified this with oc. Ive had a nightmare experience with HW but thougjt it was over. I paid them on the phone and when i was given a website to view it showed settled and not PIF. Now they reported some mystery ammount (assuming interest) to the bureaus on two seperate accounts and no mention of original amount or paid/settled notations were made. What do i do now?
