Decided to purchase a new score report today to see what gave me the bump last week and there was an even larger increase. Now sitting at 541 started at 493 in January. Best news is I still have 3 medical collections that I did PFD last week on that will be removed soon. BTW the increase last week was for some medical collections I set up a payment plan with last year, they decided to remove all of them since we are almost paid off. hopefully can see 640 by summer and then try for the new house.
This has really been a journey started with 21 Medical collections and now down to 5.
