Not exactly the same thing, but they just removed a charge off that was supposed to fall off in May 2015.. I disputed it through the bureau's so not directly with them... Maybe they're in a better mood now so keep trying your GW's. If you'd like, I can PM you an address that I might have for them. Not sure it's different than what any of you guys have.
I sent a GW email to the CEO and recieved a call from the executive office the following day. To make a long story short they said NO, due to policies with Nissan, she gave me her direct number if you need it.
