No Luck GW with Kay Jewellers

Any one had any luck with Kay/Sterling jewellers?

It seems that every email I send -gets sent to the same person. I have sent it to 3 different people but it always ends up with the same customer service manager and she gives me the same answer 'we will not remove this collection even though it's paid in full'

i have sent it to the CEO, the Director of Customer Serivce,

I have ran out of options.

Re: No Luck GW with Kay Jewellers

Stop emailing and start snail mailing GW letters and PFD-  you get much much farther taking the time to mail a letter- most people don't mail letters anymore-  but they work!

I suggest to keep trying also. You never know when this same customer service manager moves on to a new job.

Or maybe on her day off, someone else there will do it for you.Good Luck to You!!Smiley Wink
