No PFD Success with Midland

I have had no success trying to PFD midland and this is my only baddie on my account. Should I just PIF and try to GW or should I pay the settlement amount they are offering? Will having this paid off better my chances when applying for a credit card or other loans?

They are a tough cookie.  I read they are more likely to accept a GW than a PFD.

I got an email back from my PFD saying to call. What I was thinking was to call and ask for the PFD and pay the full amount and if they say no I will just tell them I will pay the settlement offer than and that there not making as much money. Worth a shot lol
