3 weeks ago I sent a settlement offer to Midland Credit Management company. The settlement letter was the basically the one found here on the forum, but I tweaked it to my needs. The settlement letter stated that if they accepted the offer then they would need to respond within 10 business days. Well, I have not heard from them in any manner.
My thought is that they just ignored my settlement offer and that they are not going to respond at all. So, what should I do? Should I resend the letter, or should I call them to see if they had received the letter and what their position was? Or should I send one of their officers an email containing the settlement offer?
I would appreciate any thoughts.
Bump.....Happy Easter!
Send another one. Find their email address and send it again and again. Send another letter and re-word it.
