No credit check or "Soft" inquiry Credit Card needed

Recently obtained the OpenSky secured CC without a credit pull however, I'm in dire need of another credit card.  Currently have 2 open revolving CCs but need at least 3 for maxium credit boost.  Can't afford a "hard" inquiry to my CR as I'm trying to improve score for mortgage rate qualification.  Does anyone know of a card which performs ONLY "soft" or NO CREDIT INQUIRY?

NOTE:  Checked with SDCU (State Department Federal Credit Union) and contrary to the post here they DO peform a hard inquiry;  DISCOVER does as well.

Only two things that I know of can do this. 

1. If you have an Amex card of any sort, additional cards are usually a SP.

2. SCT (Shopping Cart Trick). There is plenty of information on how to do this out there. It is only useful for certain store cards, usually through Comenity. I have never done this, but have heard about it.

Other than that, as far as I know if you apply, they hard pull.

Have your tried USAA? You'll need military affiliation though.

The SCT is not a guarenteed soft pull. I obtained a Victoria Secret card using it. Purchase the 5/$25 and about a week later. I got notification that a hard pull was done.

Just curious why it matters if they do an hard inquiry or not?  Are you shopping for a mortgage and they told you to get another credit card?

Primor by first choice bank.Absolutely no credit pull.They require a minimum of $200 deposit
