I'm sure this has been answered somewhere but I can't find it.
I sent a DV (Certified Mail, Return Receipt) and got the signature of acceptance back. This was August 24th, 2012. I have heard nothing else from the creditor in question, EOS CCA.
So now I want to send a letter to get it deleted as it was never validated. Who do I send it to? It looks like its reported to all the CRA's.
Is there a letter templete?
I figure Ill send a copy of the receipts and the letter, as well.
Thanks in advance!
There is no time frame for them to respond nor to they have to. They just can't continue collection activity, ie no updating. They don't have to delete.
If they have done updating they are in violation.

EOS CCA is gone! Hallelujah!
Now to just deal with AFNI's still there account after they sent me a letter in Sept 2012 saying I am no longer liable and they would delete within 60 days. Tsk tsk, AFNI!
