No response to 623 from OC now what?

I sent direct dispute 623 letter to OC but never received response for months, what do I do now? How do I contact CRA and what laws should I mention in order to have the charge off removed? I need to apply for a home loan soon so I need to give my final punch..any samples would be appreciated.

By law, they are required to respond directly to you within 30 days of receiving the direct dispute. Make sure you have copies of when and how you sent it and file a complaint with the CFPB. You can try calling the CRA's and explain you sent a direct dispute to the OC and that they never responded to it. I highly doubt they will delete the trade line.
