No response to PFD letters

I sent PFD letters to two CA's on 3/9, both were signed for on 3/13. I've received no response to either as of today 3/23. I sent both to the general address of the CA. My next planned step is to send repeat letters to the CEO of each. How long should I wait to do this?

Anyone? I'm anxious and impatient to get these taken care of. Strange thing about these, I've never received communication from either CA, by phone or in writing.

A PFD is a contract offer.

A party can choose to "reject" an offer by simply not responding.

Lack of response to a PFD may be their standard rejection policy, or it may reflect that they have not yet reached a decision.

If in doubt, it might be time to pick up the phone and ask.....

Ugh, hate the thought of talking to them on the phone but sounds like I better suck it up and do it!
