Noram Capital collection agency

Hi all,

Need some help here. I have an HSBC charge off(paid off) on my CR report by HSBC. I GW them and they reply by saying that they no longer own the accoutn and to contact Noram Capital for further processing. i don't understand, how is the collection agency going to delete the charge off, when HSBC is reporting the tradeline? what should i do?
