The is one of my bigger baddies on my credit report, they offered me a settlement of 676.14 and will report to the OC that the account was satisfied. I asked for a pay for delete and she said they dont actually report to credit bureaus, thats when I realized on my credit report its reporting as Plains Commerce Bank. So I set up a payment plan for their settlement offer. She said once those two payments go through they will send me and Plains Commerce Bank a release form stating that the account is satisfied, she said Plains Commerce Bank then removes the collection from my credit report - that I do not believe.
Anyways, after the second payment goes through what are my options to get Plains Commerce to take this charge off off my reports? Its reporting on all 3 =/
