Not a good day for TU

Not sure what all played into it but my TU dropped 68 pts! credit karma said a new account added to my profile which was my secured capt1 card and 1 new inq. Which is odd cus I have 2 capt 1 accounts the secured and journey and only one reported to TU. So far its been 1 step forward 2 steps back.

Yeah, I just didn't think 2 inq would blast that hard.. still its a journey not a simply trip.

One inquiry didn't drop your score that much.  Also keep in mind it is Credit Karma and not a real FICO score.

Credit Karma is what I started with........  After using Eq and My Fico, i doubt i ever use CK again.  My score on there is lower than any of my real scores.  They sent me an alert the other day saying that I had a new employer and 1 new inquiry...... I have worked with the same company for 22 years.   I was beFuddled.  I signed on and saw where my score had dropped like 40 pts.  

I joined NFCU today and got approved for a 17.5k cash rewards card,  so I am a wee bit happyyyyyyyyyyyyy lol
