Not sure if deleting an AU account will be good or bad?

I have been working on repairing my credit for a few months now and it is coming along nicely! My husband and I are hoping to get a home loan withing the next year, and I have a quick question.......I have Chase Bank  CC that was my mom's that I was an authorized user on. It is now a closed account but does have a few lates showing up on it. It's a closed account and reporting as paid as agreed. The limit on it was 12,000k and is the largest limit I have on my report, also the account is 14yrs old and my next oldest account is 8yrs old (still open) but only a 500 limit. So anyways my question is would it be beneficial to try and get the Chase Bank CC deleted as I was only an authorized user? Or is it going to hurt me instead since it is my oldest account and had a high limit?

ps. I wasn't an authorized user on it for the whole 14yrs, I was put on in 03'.

thanks for your help!!!

Is there a balance reporting on it?

How bad and how recent are the lates?

What is your AAoA now? What would it drop to once this TL is removed?
