I received a final payment amount of $286 for my auto. I paid it and called the company and was told I still owed $5.32. I paid that too. Called the company and was told I owed .82. The representative placed me on hold came back and stated that they would take care of the .82 since it was less than a dollar. Two months later, I pulled my CR and its showing 120 late. The Rep. admitted it was an error but he had no power to change the lates. What recourse do I have. My scores are being held down by this. All this started April 2012.
