I called them before I sent the DV to let them know it was already paid. I contacted the OC before I sent the DV, they said they would pull it from CA.
How do I get them to stop reporting when I don't owe this money?
My credit score took a 98 point fall. PLEASE ADVISE!!

Is the CA listing an amount owed or is it zero? The payment to the OC does not mean the CA has to delete. They had the authority to delete, now all they are required to do is to list the account paid, but they can leave the collection account on your report.

If you paid the OC then the CA must at the very least update their listing to a $0 balance. You say they were going to pull it back from the CA, I've seen this done some times, other times not. Hopefully they will delete the TL.
