I've learned a lot too! I can't wait to put it to use. I will NOT make the same financial mistakes I made in my 20's.

Well now IM kinda stuck. I have tried PFD for both OUC and Apollo there the only ones left. And I have been shot down for both accounts multiple times each. Apollo offered to settle for 1400 on a 1924 bill and let her back in school after i offered to pay in full for deletion. It will report as settled on reports. ouc no settle amount only pay in full. But also will only update as paid no delete.
I plan on paying both in February weather they pfd or not. What should I do now. I plan to keep sending PFD letters until they either accept or until Feb.
here are my questions
1) should I pay in full on these accounts or just settle from a credit report stand point? I want to get her back in school ASAP.
2) is settled vs paid in full worth the extra 500 they want to not put setteled on all her credit reports
