If a collection agency has an account of yours, they have PP to do a HP.  Even if you are opted out or have frozen reports or it is past the SOL for suing or reporting,.

I'm surprised they don't use that tactic to get people to pay old debt...

Either way...I do like the fact that that stuff isn't mailed to my house anymore.
