OC's Charge Off - still adding fees?

Are creditors allowed to continue adding fees AFTER they've charged off an account?   The account is still with the Original Creditor from what I can tell and they are adding fees every month to the balance despite the account having been charged off several years ago.  Are they allowed to do that?

If they CO'd the account and still own it, yes they can.  It would be lates fees etc.  The CO'd amount is just what was due at the time it was charged off.

If they sold it, no, they cannot.
