Most likely the creditor simply forgot to update with each CRA.

I would give them an informal call and notify them of the lack of update.

OP, couple of random comments:

  • Make sure that the Satisfaction is recorded - some creditors try to skip this part and it is one of the most important parts of paying the debt
  • It doesn't really matter how far EQ lags your other scores from a mortgage scoring POV, the lender uses the lowest MID-SCORE of the borrowers on the mortgage app
  • Having said the above, if you can get it to read correctly, than it helps you overall from a credit perspective, but it isn't needed for an FHA morgage, your scores are fine where they are now (640 mid)
