Finally, Comenity gave in and sent me a letter saying they would delete. I almost cried when I read the letter. They also included a $25 gift card for my "inconvenience". Truly unbelievable! Thanks everyone! I couldn't have done it without the forum.
Do I have any leverage to get the CA to delete as well?

Thank you! I'm ecstatic.
Oh okay. I figured a GW wouldn't do it esp since the CA is PRA. I will continue to fight with them until they give up. They are causing the most damage to my score.

How long will it take to delete? Comenity said they asked the CRAs to expedite the deletion. I haven't received a SW alert, yet.

Thanks! No SW alert but it's gone...

I need to see your letter....lol. All I am asking for is late payment removal...they refused me twice already.
