I didn't get a copy. I was on break at work and had to run. I've already e-mailed the CEO address with no luck. If it doesn't happen I'll try postal mail. It can't hurt to keep trying.

I try not to go too crazy about it but I figure trying once in a while can't hurt. BofA, who is notoriously hard to get GW from, removed a whole TL with a crapload of 30's, 60's and 90's. This Cap One is 2 30 day lates. If they do it, great. If not, no skin off my back. They fall off in a measly 4 years.
