Once site I found says written contracts, which I am assuming is what we signed at the scam show that Simply Gourmet put on, says for written contracts the SOL is 5yrs, which the account was posted to my report in 2/2007, and on the same site, says open accounts for collections is 4yrs. EIther way, the SOL should be past.
