I'm so excited about this....I finally decided to try GW with my student loans after reading several threads on here. I sent the first and only email to them yesterday!!!

I just emailed the regualr customer service email address. I explained my history with OSLA, the issues and hardships i had, and how I looked forward to continuing a good relationship with them. (of course my email was much longer than that and personal). I was really impressed that I just used the standard customer service email address and got a response so quickly. They have always been so nice to deal with, and when they removed the lates I was just amazed by them.
