Hopefully someone can answer my previous question and this one also.
What is my next step if the company doesn't send validation of the debt?
Thanks as always

Does that change anything?
If they don't respond to the DV, and they don't have to, and you do not believe it is your debt, I would fill out an FTC Fraud Affidavit http://www.consumer.ftc.gov/articles/pdf-0094-identity-theft-affidavit.pdf and a police report. Send both the CRAs and ask them to block the account.
Also send them to the reporting party and ask for any and all documentation they have.
I assume it would be ill advised to call them at the number on the report, correct?
Probably not. I would do everything in writing.
Ok for those of you more experienced...I have an update.
On 2/28 I mailed CMRRR the credit agency previously mentioned.
It is now 3/4 and I just checked the certified mail number via USPS site and this is the info:

That 3/3 entry...Moved left no address.
Basically I am a little confused now as to my next steps with this. I welcome any and all advice.
Thanks!!
Noone with any advice or help
As you can probably tell I am a little confused as to what to do next LOL.
Looks like your letter is getting bounced back to you. Here is an address I found (might be the one you tried) and a fax number you can try to send the letter to.
Phone: (888) 830-2405 Fax: (817) 421-9570
1803 Tarrant Ln Ste 230, Colleyville, TX 76034

Thank you for the response.
Lets say that I send it off again to the address that you gave. I don't believe that is where I initially sent it, and the same thing occurs.
What would be my next steps? Do I do what Guiness stated earlier in this thread?
Thanks agaiN!!
