Odd Experian situation

I noticed on my my Experian report (I really dislike this bureau) that my mortgage is listed in my list of open accounts, but in my summary it shows that I have no mortgage accounts. I noticed in my Equifax 3 in 1 the same thing regarding Experian. It shows total of all accounts monetarily and the number for Experian is 10 times smaller than the other other 2 bureaus because the mortgage is somehow skipped.

This would have to effect my Experian score right? I am confused how my mortgage account is there but not there at the same time??? Anybody else experience this?

Re: Odd Experian situation

I wouldn't worry about it. Some of these 3rd-party reports often mis-label the reporting. While it may have an impact on FAKO scoring, your FICO score would still fully consider that mortgage.
