Old CC Charge Off

Hi all,

I have a quesiton that I seem to be having trouble getting  a solid answer for. I have a cc charge off and I want to know when it will fall off my report.

Background:

Lived in NJ or NY when I first got it (cant remember which because I moved mid year)

Now live in NY

CC closed by company 10/14/2008

Date of last payment 8/16/2012

When will this fall off?

It is dependent on when the CC actually charged off the account.  If you get your annual credit report, it will give you the estimated exclusion date.
