Yea try rewording it. State you never received a bill for the amount they are claiming

ok i'm going to try it, I will keep you posted what happens. 1 more question, in the complaint did you specify it was on your credit bureaus and you want it removed?

Ok after this posting I submitted another complaint and then clicked check status. It immediately showed this:
