Old Student Loans

I have a couple of student loans I defaulted on about 7 years ago, I don't think I've ever made a single payment on them.  They were through wells fargo, totalling about 8k.  I'm assuming only a portion of the student loan was federally guaranteed because I have about $1300 in the Treasury Offset Program for a student loan.

I recently filed BK7 and I know student loans aren't dischargable but they obviously were still listed.

The statute of limitations in California has long came and gone for private loans, so my question is what should I do about the remainder of these balances?  Is the entire loan considered a federal loan or just the $1300 that was turned over to the TOP?  Will these other loans fall off my credit report?  Should I pay them instead?  I honestly don't know anything about the loans, what the terms were, or anything about being federally gauranteed.

I know the $1300 that's in the Treasury Offset Program won't go away, but will the others?

Here's what the loans show as on my CR, which is mostly gibberish to me.

I'd appriciate some advice on what I should do.

Re: Old Student Loans

So I just found out about https://www.nslds.ed.gov and this is what it shows:

I also wanted to note that I never acuatlly finished school so aparently one of the loans was cancelled.  This is good news!

I've setup a payment plan with Texas Guaranteed a couple months ago, is this $1016 really all I owe??  That would be great.

What about the crappy entries on my credit report?

Specifically http://i.imgur.com/Am7p47K.png ?  When do you guys think that will come off?

Sorry for sounding like an idiot, but after filing BK I feel like I can finally get my life together and this would be one of the last loose ends I need to tie up.

Thanks so much for the advice!
