Congrats!! and never feel like you have to apologize for a low CL...you can always have a better score then someone with 30k...just depends on how you take care this puppy 
and I personally have always felt like holloring from the stars from joy when someone (creditors) gives me anything..no matter how big or small..it just shows "they trust me"
it's also kind a like a Steve Martin moment from a really old movie and he's running down the street holloring with joy "I'm in the phone book!!" lol
