I was successful with 3 PFD (medical bill/ER copay) that my Ex Wife failed to address and because she was on my insurance it was on my CR and an ATT bill that was not mine but reported by  a company called AFNI. The letter templates which I used were based on letters found on this site. Thank you for your stories which offer encouragement to all that read; for the advice from those in the know and to everyone else... for keeping the light at the end of the tunnel burning just a bit brighter for those of us just starting out. Thanks again.
