You can call the CRAs or write a letter asking all previous addresses and phone numbers be deleted. If writing include copy of your current address from a utility or CC bill and a copy of your ID. To update your employer(s) you can go online to get it done.
It's very easy to dispute this sort of information online. It will usually be sorted out within a day. I've recently cleaned up all 3 reports' personal information using online disputing only.
For more important disputes paper trails are more important.
I submitted the dispute online with Trans Union last night and today the made all of the corrections I requested. Not too bad! Now the others...

If you have a credit file # you can call them and get it all corrected

do the others the same way you did that one
