One lump or two?

I consolidated my students. I only receive one statement, however the loan is listed as 2 loans on my credit report. Is it better to have it listed as one or two loans?

It is normal for the loans you consolidated to stay, along with all lates if there were any.  Are they reporting closed?  Transferred?
