Since September 2012 I have sent OneMain a snail mail PFD each month only to never get a response. That is until yesterday! They acknowledged my letter and stated they will send a letter with a response to my PFD.
I know it isnt an agreement but finally getting a response is huge! Positive thougths to have an agreement on the next letter and not the worst that could happen.
Stay at it. They are a tough nut to crack but it can be done.
