I have an orchard bank account that is being switched to capital one, so it currently states "Cap One" on my reports.
About 6 months ago, I sent a goodwill to Orchard/Cap1 requesting a goodwill removal of 3 instances of 30 day lates in 2011. They never sent me a response, but I noticed the lates were deleted from my equifax report, but not transunion or experian. I tried to call a few times, asking if they could re-submit the deletions, but the reps were clueless.
What step should I take at this point?
