Hey guys, i did some calling this morning and there is a student loan that went to collections. They are good now and show a 0 balance because the old loans went onto my new loans and are in good standing. The original creditor is Nel Net, they were sent to Michigan Guaranty Agency for collections and are now reported by Nel Net and their CA. Is this allowed, anything I can do?
