This account was direct disputed with the OC over 6-9 months ago. Got a letter from MCM saying the tradeline was removed. Never popped up on my report, and never has.
Well I go through my mail today and find this. Really odd they would send this months later.
Yeah... this is a result of the MASSIVE CFPB challenges they are receiving because of the T-Mobile/FTC lawsuit. I've already had my collection account deleted. Hopefully, they will send these letters out to everybody who has a T-Mobile collection with Midland or any other CA.
