Of all the topics on the board, which one gets the most action? The very one that is in the "not to be discussed openly" category. :-). 8 pages! Everybody wants to know what "we can't discuss.". Including myself. Serious inquiry - because I would like to know if I could benefit.

this process only goes so far. its basically a process where you get the OC paid and they are "supposed" to pull the account back from collections thus cease reporting. well lately its been backfiring on alot of members and after all the hastle of getting the oc paid the ca is just reporting the debt as paid and still reporting. I started with 7 medical collections and i will say based on my experience and many others posting, all of them were deleted via gw after paying the debt in full. neither of the 7 ca's wanted to agree to a pfd and every single one of them agreed to gw after payment. to me it seems that ca's are more leniant to a gw for medical. just my 2 cents for what its worth
