Overdrawn Bank Account Pay OC or CA

I have a collection on all 3reports for $2587  the collection is with American collection corporation whom I contaced and they agreed to a PFD . If I pay in full immediately. I also so contact the OC Tcf bank whom said the will let me pay it back in installments and when the balance is paid in full they would ask the CA to delete all of this was over the phone nothing in writing. What should I do

Them asking the CA doesn't mean they will.

If they pulled the account back from the CA then I would pay the OC.

Ask them if they will pull the account back from the CA and you will pay them.
