What I plan on doing is waiting it out for about 3 more months and then terminating it all together. Found out that each month the ETF drops by $20. By then the amount will be easier for me to pay off in one lump sum. I would've done it today but I was told the full amount of the fee had to be paid in 20 days or it will be turned over to collections. I can't handle the full amount at this time and definitely don't want it to go into collections. So I opted to lower to bill for now. It is clear I have a lot to learn when it comes to all of this. Thank you all, again, for the valuable input.

We are on the same mind set. When I found out how much the early termination fee was they offered me a deal. I got the smallest package, and a credit on top of that for the next 12 months with a savings of $25/month.
Winning!
