PFD Acceptance via Email? - Need advice!

I received several emails from CA's agreeing to delete and stated they would not put it in writing prior to payment.  Every CA I dealt with deleted.  YMMV.  If they try to pull a fast one then I would forward the email to the CEO of the company and request assistance.  I wouldn't make any threats but be nice.  I found that emailing the CEO a nice little email has worked well with other situations I have had.

Speaking soley for myself, I use a fantastic website "JIGSAW.com" that has help me get in touch with CEO's, Directors, SVP, VP and other higher authorities.  You should check it out.

I googled a lot of the companies and found names and emails.  If you search on here you may find others that have emailed the same CA.  You could also send them a PM asking if they have addies for you.
