For Commonwealth. I gave them a call because I knew I had ONE account with them. After loading my social, turns out I had two accounts. $58 + $27, I told them I never received a letter about it and I have proof I've been at my current residence for two years.
After FIVE minutes on the phone he agreed he would remove both from my credit report if I paid it in full. He's sending me an e-mail right now as we speak.
Should I trust just an e-mail? That's considered communication right?
