PFD Mid Continent Credit Service

Sent out my first PFD letters today. I have 5 collection accounts on CR and 4 are reporting from this CA. Sent them PFD's offering PIF on all 4 accounts. Fingers crossded. Has anyone dealt with them before? Thanks for input.
