PFD Score increase?

What's the potential score increase for getting a newer collection removed?

-Rebuilding with Cap1 Secured: 300, CapOne Cash: $1k, NFCU Secured: 500, NFCU cashRewards $8.5K, NavCheck $2.5K, Wal-Mart: $1.1K, Sam's: $1.2K, Amazon: $1.5K, Apple Barclay: $3K, Haverty's: $1.5K, GE capital: $5K, Sears: $250(AU), PP MC:$1.5K
Starting Score: 492-TU04, 480-EX FICO V2, 467-EQ Beacon 5 (Via Mortgage PreQual March '12)
Current Score: EX,EQ,TU (lender pull): 652, 659, 689, Walmart TU FICO: 691 (05/13)
Goal Score: 700

You say this is the last collection, but is there anything else on there to make your CR dirty?  Lates, liens, judgements, BK?  If it's your last baddie, and this will make your report clean, and you have good positive TLs, then there's a good chance you will see a good bump.  Without knowing what your CR looks like, we can't give you a good estimate.

Goal Score: All Scores 760+, Newest goal 800+

I have:

- a c/o from over 5 years ago (Settled in full)

- cc lates (1-3 recent depending on the report) <none from the last year>

-90 late on a student loan (they refuse to delete even after backdating)

- A paid C/O private student loan from 2 years ago

 

AND

-this collection on my EQ (last of the 15 I had in March)
