PFD WORKED!!! Now question on the last babbie!

Just got two of the last things to clean up after all this hard work! So Thanks to everyone on MyFico!

Question is on the last PFD I want to do. It falls off later this year, but shows up as a new collections and dropped my Fico around 40 points when AFNI took it over, never been on my credit before until now...Looking at getting into a house and would love to get those 40 back. So im thinking and my question is...Seeing that it is such an old debt could i PFD with the settlement amount?

You could PFD for a settlement amount.  The chances of them agreeing to that are slim.

And they could come after you for the rest.

Ah well that doesnt sound like fun. I was just hopping because of how old it was they wouldnt really care i guess...Always worth a try!

I had success with AFNI deleting two of my accound after pif.....so it CAN be done just keep bugging them.

Hey sorry for long wait...Anyways i sent an email PFD and they just deleted it...Which was great, but didnt do a damn thing for my account other than being gone! So Win win i guess. Thanks again!
